Payment for Service
1.1 In consideration for the Services provided by GoFundraise, each enrolling Global Development Group Project Partner must pay the following amounts*:
(a) The Basic annual subscription fee is free and no costs are associated to this.
(b) Basic reporting is $25 per month and advanced reporting is $37 per month.
(c) A fee of 4.95% (negotiated GDG special rate) of the gross amount of funds raised by GoFundraise for the Project (the Service Fee);
(d) GST of 10% on the Service Fee;
(e) All relevant transaction and accounting fees charged by a Financial Institution, such as Credit or Debit Card Payment processing fees, in relation to payments to or from GoFundraise in the performance and services for the Global Development Group Project, [currently 0.98% or 1.98% for Mastercard/Visa or AMEX, respectively, and a 20c per credit card transaction fee] and
(f) Any other fees or expenses of GoFundraise agreed to be paid by the Global Development Group Project.
1.2 The amounts described in clause 1.1 may be deducted by GoFundraise from the amounts collected on behalf of the Charitable Beneficiary pursuant to this Agreement. GoFundraise will pay Global Development Group by Electronic Funds Transfer every 14 days.
1.3 The amounts specified in 1.1 are subject to amendment through written notice from GoFundraise to the Global Development Group Project. In such instances, 30 days notice of any changes will be given.
1.4 Special Event: From time to time GoFundraise will run Special Events for or on behalf of charities, in this instance additional fees may apply, in which case an individual Service Agreement amendment will be required, this fee is to cover additional administration costs for the event.
